EventIDE -- an experimental platform

EventIDE is a visual .NET platform for designing and running behavioral experiments on Windows. The platform is the most feature-rich in its class and delivers a friendly visual designer that incorporates a family of modern languages (C#, C++, Basic, Python) for user coding. EventIDE automatically handles the low-level hardware and timing logic, while providing detailed visualization for the rest of design process.

The MIDI module of EventIDE allows recording and real-time control of an experiment flow by MIDI input from various electronic music instruments (such as MIDI piano), connected to a PC via USB or MIDI port.  Currently we are seeking collaborators for further development of the MIDI module or applying the current version in music experiments.

EventIDE is developed by OKazoLab and the Cognition and Brain Plasticity Unit
